Be prepared to listen to that which is spoken to you.

Everyone has the right to express themselves and what is said may not be pleasing nor polite. Open your mind and allow that which is not pleasing or perhaps confronting to be heard. Challenges offer us a moment of reflection to see just where we are coming from upon our life’s path and, just what it is we need to deal with for ourselves… for ourselves.

As you open to what is said you have an opportunity to pause, reflect and respond in loving ways. Everyone comes from their own perspectives in life and that which is not pleasing is showing just where hurt, sorrow or rejection resides.

Be open to growth, be open to growing in the understanding that healing occurs through thoughts, feelings, words and actions and it is up to each person as to just how they wish to heal and to offer healing. What may be right for you may not be right for the other person, so again open the mind, open the heart and you open the doors to healing
