Your information and how it is used.

We respect your privacy.  It is important for you to note that once you purchase a product from us, it is necessary for us to collect information from you to deliver your products. Any information you give to Lighthouse Centre For Learning will be held with the utmost care and will not be used by any other company or entity. We will never give, sell or disclose your personal information to anyone else. The only exception to this is where we would be required by law to do so.                                                 

Pricing

All product pricing on this Lighthouse Centre For Learning site will prevail at time of ordering.

All prices are subject to change without notice.  

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Lighthouse Centre For Learning accepts credit card payments online via eWay, secure online payment gateway.

Postage and Handling

Postage and handling charges apply. These are specified on any offer or order as it is processed. We aim to dispatched your goods within 48 hours.  Online orders are despatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

Products will be delivered via Australia Post or the most suitable delivery method for customers within Australia. The most economical freight method will be used for international customers.

Postage rates are as follows:

  • 1 item $5.00 
  • 2-3 items $10.00
  • 4-5 items $15.00
  • 6 or more items $20.00

Refunds & Cancellations

We ask you to choose carefully as all sales are on a firm sale basis. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind unless this was a condition of the sale.  We try to send orders out within two days of receiving them, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery.  Contact us if you have not received your goods within 21 days of ordering.

To help us process your return more efficiently, please enclose a copy of the Invoice that accompanied the product as this contains all the information we need to process your return.  Please include a brief note on the packing requesting a refund and the reason for your return.

Lighthouse Centre For Learning/Lighthouse Music For Kids does not accept responsibility for a gift/order once it has left our premises, however if a gift/order arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Lighthouse Centre For Learning/Lighthouse Music For Kids will assess the situation for replacement, based on a case by case basis.  Notification of a product to be returned needs to occur within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Please contact us prior to returning the goods to us.  Returns may take 2 weeks minimum to process and a credit notification will be sent by mail.

THE PRICE OF MY PRE-ORDERED ITEM HAS DROPPED; CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE?

Sorry, we are unable to offer retrospective refunds once an order has been placed and the sale price agreed between ourselves and the customer.
